My name is David Benjamin. Today I had the great pleasure of hearing Pat Iyer speak at the regional meeting of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants. Pat’s topic today was how to deal with attorneys, especially some of the contractual interactions such as fee agreements, retainer agreements and interactive situations between legal nurse consultants or expert witnesses and the attorneys.
I found her presentation to be absolutely fascinating. It contained really good, sound practical information and she delivered it in a terrific manner. I think everyone should have an opportunity to hear what Pat has to say about how to conduct your business and to deal effectively with attorneys.
