Kay has a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. She is a licensed corporate wellness coach. She is a nutrition coach and she is also a yoga instructor who is certified through the Yoga Alliance. Kay has also studied mind body integrative medicine and techniques. In this training, you will learn a lot more about what that means. She has also been and is a student of Deepak Chopra and the Chopra Center. She is a certified Chopra Center instructor and an ayurveda master and you will also learn more about Ayurveda medicine. She teaches several courses through the Chopra Center on mind, body integrative techniques.
