The Expert Fact Witness
In 1993, an attorney approached me about summarizing medical records to explain the care his client received after a botched laparoscopic surgery.
I watched the impact of my testimony on the jury, judge, opposing counsel and family. This was a powerful experience.
Since 1993, I have prepared over 500 of these reports and testified in multiple depositions and trials.
In my new webinar, I will share with you:
- What this role is – and what it is not
- What kind of cases benefit from expert fact witness testimony
- How to explain the expert fact witness role to attorneys
Join me for a new online training – whether or not you’ve been an expert witness.
Plan on spending about an hour with me to discover how to ramp up your skills and business through working with others. There is no charge for this training. It is my gift to you.

LNCs who watched this webinar said
This put a whole new twist on the role of the LNC. It opened up a huge door for me in the hope of creating more business opportunities where I can utilize my in-depth understanding of medical records to assist attorneys on both plaintiff and defense cases. As always, your presentations are excellent and packed with important information. I enjoy every session I take with you and have always found it easy to apply the information to my benefit.
Prior to the program I did not understand the difference between an expert witness and an expert Fact witness. This is something I would really enjoy doing. I am an LNC and currently involved in a case as an expert witness. I will be joining your Expert Fact Witness Mastery course.
Pat speaks in a calm voice and at a speed that my brain can absorb the huge amount of information.
This is something I've been thinking about doing for a long time, so I appreciate the great introduction to this type of expert work.
I LOVE the fact that you are only presenting what occurred and NOT rendering an opinion. This is exciting.
Pat's expert fact witness training offers great practical tips and training with an actual medical record.
The best part of this webinar was the explanation of the usefulness of these reports for both plaintiff and defense attorneys. Your presentation was great, I am so excited about taking your course.
I love the idea of the Expert Fact Witness and it is something I can do!
The Expert Fact Witness Webinar was very helpful in showing me the kinds of cases where an expert fact witness could be utilized, and how to overcome an attorney's objection over the use of a fact witness. Thank you for this informative and motivating educational experience.
