Pat Iyer MSN RN LNCC founded, managed and sold Med League Support Services, Inc., an independent legal nurse consulting firm. Her writing career began in 1980 when Nursing 80 published her first article. Since then, she has written or edited over 800 chapters, books, online courses, case studies, webinars or chapters. Pat has presented on the topic of writing skills for the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants, the Northwest Regional Legal Nurse Consultants Conference, the American Association of Nurse Life Care Planners, and the pharmaceutical company Daiichi Sankyo. She is the past president of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants (AALNC).
