We ship by U.S. Mail (see below) Please allow 5-10 days for US Mail. Your complete street address (no PO boxes) is needed for all shipments.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Our credit card processor will not accept international orders.
Do you collect sales tax?
Florida purchasers will be charged 7% sales tax.
What is your privacy policy?
We do not share personal or financial information gathered on this site with third parties. Our site uses a shopping cart system for customers to purchase products. We also collect contact information, such as name, address, telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses and financial information such as credit card numbers for use in processing and fulfilling orders. We may use the information to contact you when necessary. Financial information collected on the site is used only to bill you for products. We do not store credit card information.
What is your security policy?
We use Authorize.Net to secure all credit card transactions. This a respected and safe credit card processing system.
What are alternate ways to order products?
If you would prefer to place your credit card order by phone, you can call us at 908-391-7933 from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. You may also leave us a voice mail message after hours with the name of the product you want to order, your name, address, phone number and credit card information. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover card and Paypal.

What is your quality guarantee?
If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your purchase for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 15 days of shipment. Products must be unmarked and in resalable condition for credit. Two kinds of products may not be returned: books signed by Patricia Iyer and software products (CDs, DVDs). Products damaged in shipping will be replaced free of charge if notification is received within 15 days of product receipt. We cannot refund money paid for digital downloads of programs or courses.

Do you offer books for instructor examination/review?
Faculty members may purchase and review a book for 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply indicate on an order form, school purchase order, or letterhead the books you wish to examine (maximum of three), enclose your check or credit card information and we will be happy to send them to you. When your bookstore or textbook purchasing department orders 15 or more copies from LegalNurseBusiness.com, the exam copy is yours to keep at no charge and we will credit your card or send a refund check. Should you decide not to adopt and do not wish to keep your copy, please return the book to us as soon as possible within the 30 day period, and we will credit your card or send a refund check.

What is your returns policy?
We will accept returns of unused merchandise within 15 days of receipt of order. All returns must include a brief letter explaining the reason for return, and the original merchandise. Refunds will NOT include shipping and handling charges. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item. There are no returns on any books that Patricia Iyer signed and personalized for the purchaser. Prices are subject to change.
