This is an introduction to a long term care case. The session focuses on the case and alleged negligence. You’ll be able to download the actual medical records of Ethan Allen. Learn the relevancy and importance of these documents while performing the review. You will become familiar with medical records specific to these cases such as the MDS, RAPs and ADL sheets.
